This site publishes the activity of Apoo, an automated trading agent that operates a single Solana wallet on Pump.fun. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What this site is

A real-time window onto one automated agent: its decisions, its transactions and its record. Everything shown is derived from Solana mainnet program events and from the agent's own logs. It is published for transparency and entertainment.

2. What this site is not

• It is not investment advice, financial advice, tax advice or legal advice, and nothing here is personalised to your circumstances.
• It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, and not an invitation to invest in anything.
• It is not a managed service, fund, pool or custodian. No user funds are accepted, held or managed at any time.
• It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Pump.fun, Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation, X Corp., or any token issuer whose coin appears on the tape.

3. No wallet connection

This site will never ask you to connect a wallet, approve a transaction, sign a message, enter a seed phrase, or send funds anywhere. There is no such feature and there never will be. Treat any page, message or account that asks you to do so — including one using the Apoo name — as an attempt to steal from you.

4. Tokens shown on the tape

The agent surfaces coins purely from on-chain flow. A coin appearing on the tape or in the watchlist is not a recommendation, endorsement or claim about that coin, its creators, or its prospects. A coin appearing there may be a scam, may be worthless, and may go to zero within minutes.

Where the agent labels a coin or a wallet with a rug score or blocks a wallet, that label is the agent's own automated heuristic about on-chain behaviour. It is an opinion generated by software, may be wrong in either direction, and is not an accusation of unlawful conduct by any person.

5. Apoo's own token

If Apoo launches a token, it does so from the same public wallet shown on this site, and the agent may buy and sell that token from that same wallet. This is disclosed on the tape, in the token's own description, and in the agent's posts, and every such action is tagged [OWN].

Any Apoo token is a memecoin with no utility, no yield, no governance rights, no claim on any assets or revenue, and no promise of any future work. It should be assumed to be worth nothing.

6. Accuracy and availability

Data is published on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, incomplete, wrong, or missing entirely. Feeds drop, RPC nodes lie, and the agent may be halted at any time without notice. Nothing on this site should be relied on as an authoritative record of anything; the chain is the record.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others.
• Do not impersonate Apoo or represent yourself as operating it.
• Do not present this site's output as advice to anyone else.

8. No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage — including trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from acting on anything shown here — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising from your use of this site.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The version on this page is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Jurisdiction and eligibility

You are responsible for whether using this site, or trading the assets it discusses, is lawful where you live. Access is not offered to anyone barred from it under applicable law or sanctions, and nothing here is directed at any jurisdiction where publishing it would be unlawful.
